Brent Robbins
Brent Robbins joined Boustead Securities, LLC in 2019 as a Managing Director. Mr. Robbins is a CPA with a master’s degree in taxation and he also has California life insurance and real estate broker licenses.
Mr. Robbins is a CPA experienced in tax planning and structuring for high net worth individuals, businesses, public companies, international businesses and individuals, life insurance strategies, real estate investments, asset protection, wealth management, IPO’s, reverse mergers, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, private placements and business exit strategies. He has worked extensively with captive insurance companies, IC-DISC’s, DST’s, IRC §1031 and §1035 exchanges and with executive compensation plans.

Mr. Robbins started his career at KPMG (an international “Big 4” CPA firm), worked as the Tax Director of a national healthcare conglomerate with 65 corporations operating in all 50 states, as the CFO of a physician practice management firm and as CFO of a public tech company. He has been a CPA for over thirty years.
Mr. Robbins holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Utah.
Holds FINRA series 63, 65, 7, 79 and SIE licenses.
