Brinson Lingenfelter
Brinson Lingenfelter joined Boustead Securities in 2017 and currently serves as Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group. Mr. Lingenfelter’s primary responsibilities include financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, preparation of investor presentations, independent research reports, and marketing materials for clients, as well as development of client and investor relationships.

Prior to joining Boustead Securities, Mr. Lingenfelter worked in an environmental consulting capacity for real estate and telecommunications developers across the Western U.S. helping them navigate regulatory hurdles. He also worked in sustainable seafood farming where he wrote the Standard Operating Procedure for Stacked Raceway Production and implemented this technology for seafood farming development projects.

Mr. Lingenfelter earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, a Master of Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
