Eric Swain
Eric Swain has over 35 years of financial services experience in sales, trading, financial management and investment banking for global firms, including Glickenhaus, Bear Stearns, Citigroup Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley, Alliance Bernstein and Boustead Securities. His responsibilities have included: Developing and maintaining an institutional brand of business and managing the offering and placement of debt securities to include: Treasuries, Corporate, Mortgage Backed Instruments, Municipals, and Private Placement Securities.
In early 2000, Mr. Swain began building a Private Wealth Management business and successfully grew and managed Individual and Institutional Assets in excess of $800 million, spanning Fixed Income Securities, Equities, Alternative Asset Investments, Hedging Strategies, Private Equity and Real Estate.
Over time, Eric developed the skills, contacts and collaborative resources to create a consulting company, Swain Capital, to address the operating and growing needs of small and medium size public and private companies in fast-paced, competitive environments. Services for these clients include: advisory work, financial/business modeling, capital structure and formation, talent acquisition, structural integration and marketing strategies.
Mr. Swain has engaged in assignments within the: automotive space, oil/gas pipeline and construction, water technologies, education, glass technologies, Fintech, pharma, heath care/tech, real estate and many others. Mr. Swain earned a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York. Holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
