Provide scientific, business and financial advice on the business prospects of potential and engaged clients in the biotechnology sectors to evaluate technology components. Advise clients on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raises. Provide technical, investment, and networking support. Carry out scientific and technical due diligence to ensure the technology component of a business is valid and to understand how to bridge sturdy technical due diligence to investment pertinence and business potential of clients. Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data of public or private institutions, including valuation of businesses.  Req. Bachelors Degree in any Bioscience/Biotechnology, Bioengineering related field and one year experience as Financial Advisor, Investment Analyst or related OR Masters degree and one year experience.  Must have prior experience in investment banking industry.  Salary $86,070/year.
