Jordan Johnson
Jordan Johnson joined Boustead Securities, LLC as a Managing Director in 2018. Mr. Johnson brings to Boustead a diverse background and experience in buy-side and sell-side advisory, capital raising, business development, and corporate restructuring. He assists entrepreneurs, investors and shareholders of companies on various capital markets strategies.

Mr. Johnson has been actively involved in the incubation and acceleration phases for startups seeking assistance with company valuations and financial forecasts, business plan development, investment pitch decks, and other project material presentations and management.
​
In addition, Mr. Johnson served as the second chair to the CRO of Integrated Wealth Management, a wealth management firm with $1.2B in assets under management as of July 2018.

Mr. Johnson graduated with honors from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business as an MBA student with an emphasis in Finance. While at Chapman, he and his teams won the ACG Cup M&A Case Competition during both years of the program. He also was the editor of the 2015 Investment Review and won first place in the CFA Research Challenge as part of the Janes Financial Center Residency Program. He was chosen to receive the Financial Executives International Award for Excellence in 2015, as well as the Argyros School Continuing MBA Scholarship for Outstanding Performance and Leadership in the Program during his second and final year as an MBA Candidate. He passed CFA Level I in December of 2017.
