Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell joined Boustead Securities in 2016. Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of investment banking experience with both publicly traded and private companies. He has advised on over $5 Billion of global equity and debt offerings, M&A transactions, restructuring assignments, fairness opinions and valuations primarily for Micro and Small-Cap companies in a variety of industries including media and related technologies, aviation, aerospace, and aesthetic healthcare.

 

Prior to joining Boustead, Mr. Campbell began his financial services career with the accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., now known as KPMG. Mr. Campbell served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance with the Seidler Companies, as well as a Shareholder and Managing Director of Corporate Finance with L.H. Friend, Weinress, Frankson & Presson. Mr. Campbell established the Los Angeles office of Noble Financial Capital Markets, an East Coast based brokerage and investment bank and has worked with several emerging growth and middle market companies to enhance shareholder value through planning and corporate finance initiatives. Mr. Campbell holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

Mr. Campbell is a Certified Public Accountant. Holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
