Angela J. Sun

Angela J. Sun joined Boustead Securities in 2017 as a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Group. Her core responsibilities include conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions; managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations; preparing marketing materials, offering memoranda and management presentations; and assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships.

Prior to joining Boustead Securities, Ms. Sun served as Business Development Officer at Hazens Real

Estate Group, a Shenzhen-Los Angeles real estate developer with assets under management of more

than USD$1.5 billion, where she focused on real estate acquisitions and debt/equity investments.

Previously, Ms. Sun worked as Business Development/Investor Relations Officer at a boutique

investment bank, Well Kent International Investment Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cinda Asset Management Company Ltd., a USD$15 billion market cap Chinese merchant bank listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. At Well Kent/Cinda she specialized in international M&A, including divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, spin-offs, exchange offers, leveraged buyouts and takeover defenses, and shareholder relations. She started her investment banking career as a junior associate at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Sun holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, and

minor in Art History.
