Dan McClory
Daniel J. McClory founded Boustead & Company Limited in 2016 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets and Head of China at Boustead Securities, LLC. He is based in Boustead’s Irvine, California offices. David Peerless
Based in London, David Peerless is a Director of Boustead Capital Markets LLP, and is responsible for distribution in the United Kingdom and Europe. Mr. Peerless has worked in financial services since 2004, primarily focused on China and Asia, initially in equity research – both on the sell-side and buy-side – and latterly in equity sales. During this time, while based in Shanghai, Hong Kong and London, Mr. Peerless has been involved in IPOs of Chinese companies on London’s AIM Market, the Hong Kong and New York Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ. Mr. Peerless’ previous experience was as a China-based consultant, working primarily with large multinational clients, including Generali and Procter & Gamble. As Senior Manager on China’s largest brand protection program on behalf of Procter & Gamble, Mr. Peerless was responsible for managing investigations into counterfeit manufacturing and wholesale, throughout China, in addition to the supply chain. Later, on behalf of Generali, the Italian insurer, Mr. Peerless conducted in-depth analysis into China’s securities, asset management and insurance sectors, and formulated a market entry strategy for fund management products in China. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Peerless has a MA degree in Chinese from Edinburgh University, studied at the Johns Hopkins Center for Chinese and American Studies in Nanjing, and was awarded his MBA from Manchester Business School. Ada Y. Niu
Ada Y. Niu joined Boustead as its Beijing-based Director in 2016, with responsibility for China Investment Banking business development, project management, due diligence, and other financial advisory activities. Prior to joining Boustead, Ms. Niu worked on the Investment Banking/Capital Markets teams of Bonwick Capital Partners, Burnham Securities and Hunter Wise Financial Group. She previously served on the buy side for the fund management team in Beijing of the TCIB Investment Management Group, and its CITIC RMB Fund team, where she participated in several major Chinese Real Estate investment offerings. BEIJING, CHINA, and NEW YORK, May 14, 2020 -- China Liberal Education Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: CLEU) (“China Liberal”), an educational services provider in China, announced the closing of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 1,333,333 ordinary shares priced at $6.00 per ordinary share, before underwriting discounts and offering expenses, resulting in gross proceeds of $8,000,000. The offering was conducted on a firm commitment basis and closed on May 12, 2020.
The ordinary shares were previously approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market and commenced trading under the ticker symbol “CLEU” on May 8, 2020.
