Managing Director

Bradley Stern joined Boustead in 2021. Mr. Stern is also the Managing Member of CTA Capital LLC, a registered CTA with the NFA.  Mr Stern acts as a third-party marketer for Commodity Trading Advisors that offer managed accounts.  For third party marketing of equity based managed accounts and securitized offerings, Mr. Stern works through Boustead Securities. 

 

Prior to the formation of CTA Capital, and his employment with Boustead, Mr. Stern was a Principal at the CTA and Investment Advisor, AIS Capital Management.  His responsibilities included marketing of the firm’s various hedge funds strategies, but also, he served as the firm’s compliance officer.  While at AIS Capital, Mr. Stern was instrumental in helping to grow assets to a peak of over $800 million.

 

During his thirty-year career, Mr. Stern has developed and managed both systematic and discretionarily based hedge funds.  He has a deep understanding of what makes the investment process and of modern portfolio theory, enabling him to evaluate and offer products that are designed to provide a portfolio’s risk adjusted return.

 

Mr. Stern obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Emory University.

 

Mr. Stern holds a Series 3, 7, 63, and 65.
