Jiemin Jordan

Jiemin Jordan, the Managing Director of Boustead & Company Limited, is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive. She serves as a mentor and an investor of Mach37, a cybersecurity accelerator, and other local angel groups. She is also the managing partner of the Decisive Investment Group and has funded over 200 business transactions. In her free time, she serves an Entrepreneur in residence for George Washington University.

Prior to Boustead, Jiemin was the managing director of Tellson Securities, LLC focusing on Corporate transactions, such as acquisition and due diligence. She was the founder and CEO of Endeavor Systems, Inc., a cybersecurity firm providing products and solutions to the US Government and was acquired by Telesis in 2012.

Endeavor Systems was recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the 100 fast-growing companies in America. In 2009, Endeavor Security Inc., a subsidiary of Endeavor Systems offering enterprise intrusion prevention and malware detection & analysis products, was acquired by McAfee.

As the CEO, Jiemin has managed the day-to-day operations and provided the strategic direction for Endeavor’s long-term growth, which includes building the Endeavor culture, process, and the management team, identifying the technology, product and marketing strategies, and maximizing earning potentials. Jiemin has over 20 years of business and technology management experience in Cyber Security, IT, Satellite Communication, and Real Estate field.

She holds a Master’s in Computer Science from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
