Matt Nishibori
Matthew Nishibori joined Boustead Securities as Managing Director in 2019. With over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, his background includes trading, wealth management, deal sourcing, capital raising and M&A advisory work.

Mr. Nishibori started his career on the Pacific Coast Options Exchange in San Francisco where he was a Lead Market Maker with TD Options, LLC. In 2009, he joined the investment bank, Sutter Securities Incorporated, assisting in deal origination, evaluation, structuring and execution of public and private company financings. With Sutter, he worked with companies across a spectrum of verticals including metals and mining, oil and gas, biotech, medical devices, consumer products, logistics and technology. Within these verticals, his experience spans from start ups to midcap public growth companies, aggregating in excess of $250,000,000 in financings.

Mr. Nishibori graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Rochester dual majoring in Economics and Philosophy. He currently resides in Birmingham, MI. Holds FINRA Series 7,24, 63 and 79 licenses.
