Boustead Client Cerberus Sentinel (CISO) Announces Uplisting to Nasdaq



Scottsdale, AZ & Irvine, CA – January 14, 2022 – Boustead Securities, LLC (“Boustead”) client Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation, a Managed Compliance and Cybersecurity Provider (MCCP) based in Scottsdale, Ariz., announced that the company’s common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq with trading effective at market open today, Friday, January 14. Previously, the company’s common stock traded through the OTC Markets Group, starting in June 2020. The shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol, “CISO”.

Cerberus Sentinel, and its subsidiaries, offer a holistic approach to cybersecurity to help enterprise customers secure their operations, including data, intellectual property, and applications.
