Robert Maley
Robert A. Maley joined Boustead Securities in 2018 as Senior Managing Director Investment Banking. Mr. Maley has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets and financial services. Mr. Maley also brings senior level experience in compliance/risk management, including as a Director Investment Banking Advisory for Compliance-Risk Concepts.
Prior to Boustead, from 1994-2015, Mr. Maley was a principal at Gilford Securities, a Broker/Dealer registered in New York, serving as President/CEO and Head of Investment Banking from 2005-2015. During his tenure he was responsible for the origination, execution and closing of over 100 lead transactions raising more than $2.8 billion for corporate clients, and participated in over 600 offering, as either co-manager, underwriter or selling group member.
In addition, Mr. Maley served as President and CFO of Gilford Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor from 1998-2015. And, prior to joining Gilford, Mr. Maley served in various finance positions at Amphenol Corporation, and CapitalCities/ABC Inc.
Mr. Maley earned a B.S. in Accounting from LeMoyne College.
